Nobuhisa Tonari
祖父母が飲食店を経営していた影響を受け、料理人を目指し東京の調理師専門学校に通う。
東京の日本料理店で8年修行を積みその後、老舗料亭「河庄双園」、割烹、寿司屋等で修行、
老舗料理屋「津やま」で研修した後、 日本料理店「西麻布/都わすれ」で料理長経験を積み、
福岡にて「喜ふく」を開業。
Inspired by his grandparents' restaurant business, Nobuhisa Tonari attended a culinary shool in Tokyo to pursue his dream to become a chef.
After 8 years of experience at a Japanese restaurant in Tokyo, he became a trainee chef at long-established ryotei (traditional Japanese restaurants) and sushi restaurants such as "Kawasho Souen" and "Tsuyama".
He then became an executive chef of Miyako Wasure in Nishi Azabu. In 2018, he has opened "Kifuku" in Fukuoka .
