Situated in the heart of Fukuoka, we are committed to providing customers with warm hospitality. We offer a variety
of dishes including fresh sushi and carefully prepared Japanese cuisine using seasonal ingredients and flavors found
in Kyushu.

We also care about the interior design as well as the tableware to offer the perfect way to enjoy our dishes.

都成 信寿Nobuhisa Tonari

祖母が飲食店を経営していた影響を受け、料理人を目指し東京の調理師専門学校に通う。
東京の日本料理店で8年修行を積みその後、老舗料亭「河庄双園」、割烹、寿司屋等で修行、 老舗料理屋「津やま」で研修した後、 日本料理店「西麻布/都わすれ」で料理長経験を積み、
福岡にて「喜ふく」を開業。

Influenced by his grandmother, who was running a restaurant, Nobuhisa Tonari went to culinary school in Tokyo to be a chef. After 8 years of training at a Japanese restaurant in Tokyo, he pursued his career as trainee chef at other Japanese and sushi restaurants including Kawasho Soen and Tsuyama, and became an executive chef of Miyako Wasure in Nishi Azabu. In 2018, he opened Kifuku in Fukuoka.
